My go to Health/Fitness App...

For many, tracking food can make or break their fitness journey. Those who are on working on their health, find it useful to log their food intake each day. My personal favorite application is to use MyFitnessPal. It's the most intuitive and diverse application for tracking food. And, do you want to know the best part? It's free!



MyFitnessPal offers a variety of features such as a food diary, barcode scanner for easy logging, community blog, for users to support one another, recipes, workouts, and so much more! The application also allows users to customize their settings to send them daily reminders to log their food and stay on track with their health and fitness goals.
